After some adjustment with one of our precision instruments here at JMC AutoworX … a hammer … and the use of a slide hammer, the body was back to its original shape. Body filler was then applied to smooth out the slight imperfections.
After the body filler dried it was sanded smooth and then the car was placed in the paint booth where it was masked and the paint was applied. Even though the door and C-pillar were undamaged, they were painted as well to make sure the repair was undetectable.
The paint looks a little flat in the second picture because the clear coat hasn’t been applied yet.
