Block party

Today we put the Camaro on hold to let the paint that we have been spraying over the past few days cure out before painting the stripes on. So we pulled the doors out for the Chevelle and blocked those out. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of dents in the doors. There was one. And only one. Very hard to believe that a door on a 42 year old car only had one dent and the other door had none. Not only that but the left fender didn’t have any dents in it either. It did have a rust hole that was welded up so we will have to straighten that out, but that’s it. As hot and humid as it was today it was nice not to have to do a bunch of filling on these parts. Too bad we can’t always be this lucky.
