Scratch and dent

This Sentra came in today to get a couple of dents fixed in the left quarter and a scratch fixed in the rear bumper. While Chase was priming the 442 parts, I was busy working on these dents. When the body work was done, Chris primed it up. After lunch we were able to get it sanded and prepped up in the booth. The owner needs his car back as soon as possible so we all chipped in double time to get it done for him. As you can see the paint turned out great. We will get it back together tomorrow and back to him. Not a bad turn around time.

Stripping

Today we were able to dedicate some time to the 442. Chase primed the hood and trunk this morning, then Chase and Chris sanded the roof and stripped the old body filler out of the left door. This is from a repair from way back when this car was new. It wasnt bad, but the paint failed in that area so we opted to just go ahead and get rid of all the old filler to, just in case. Maybe tomorrow we will get the door repaired and primed along with the roof.
